Dominus Vobiscum

(May God be with you... )

Our new beer line-up, inspired by the Belgian abbeys.  Elaborated starting from special malts and fermented with a Belgian yeast.  These beers refermented in bottle will make you discover the richness of the «country of beer».

Dominus Vobiscum Blanche (5% alc./vol.) Yellow, cloudy because of wheat proteins, this beer releases aromas of citrus and yeast and a refreshing tangy aftertaste.

Dominus Vobiscum Ambrée (6% alc./vol.) Cloudy, amber, with a thick head. Explosion of citrus aromas. Well-balanced between its wheat acidity and sweetness.

Dominus Vobiscum Triple (9% alc./vol.) Aromas of citrus, spices and alcohol. Mouth is slightly sweet and very warm. Very well balanced between body, bitterness and alcohol

Our "Vache Folle" (Mad Cow)

Vache Folle Milk Stout (5% alc./vol.) Dark black beer, sweetened with lactose sugar balancing the taste of coffee and black chocolate. Simply special!

Vache Folle ESB (6% alc./vol.) Generous red beer. Powerful nose with fine floral English hop perfumes. A full mouth supported by a marked bitterness.
